How to create a new technology help desk ticket in our system:

Go to http://helpdesk.avondale.k12.az.us. Log-in using your existing network username and password and fill out the form. Make sure you include your room number and a way to contact you, cell phone number, room telephone number, etc. The help desk system will automatically assign your request to the correct technician based on your specific need or request.

If you have ANY outstanding or pending technology needs, even if you just called the Technology Department yesterday, please take a minute to call us again and get a ticket in our new system. You will get automatic email updates as to the status of your ticket and can also check the status at any time by logging in as described above.
