1. Bachelors degree in education
2. Valid Arizona teaching certificate - AZ Certification Info
3. Collaborative and flexible teaching style with strong communication skills
4. ESL endorsement preferred

Avondale Elementary School District is a fast-growing, progressive K-8 district located 15 miles west of downtown Phoenix. Our schools serve the students of Avondale and Goodyear, two developing communities of the west valley along the I-10 corridor. We have about 6,350 students in eight schools now.
